⚡ Pressing The Wrong Button
Back in 2020, a lockdown, a PC, and a dream pulled me into game development.
Fast-forward to today, and I’m finally ready to share my next chaotic creation.
Hi, I’m Harshit online I go by raaavula and I run the indie studio BlitzAura Games.
You might have seen my previous projects like Silent Surge or my upcoming parkour-puzzle title SPLIT.
But today’s post isn’t about those.
It’s about a brand-new game that’s equal parts fun and pure, delicious rage:

🎮 The Wrong Button
Inspired by brutal but hilarious platformers like Level Devil,
The Wrong Button is a 2D rage platformer that pretends to play fair, until it doesn’t.
One second you’re hopping across harmless platforms,
the next boom! the floor disappears, a spike pops out,
or a perfectly innocent button triggers the opposite of what you expected.
It’s the kind of game that makes you laugh, curse, retry, and somehow keep going.
Why make something so evil?
Because games that troll you have a special kind of magic.
They teach you the rules only to break them,
forcing you to stay alert, experiment, and celebrate every hard earned win.
What to Expect
Tight, responsive 2D controls built for precise jumps
Levels full of hidden traps and unpredictable mechanics
Quick restarts so rage never turns into boredom
A minimalist but stylish look
Devlogs & Release
I’ll be sharing regular dev blogs right here on Hashnode behind-the-scenes art, level design experiments, funny bugs, and those “aha!” moments when a trap finally works.
The game is set to launch October 2025 on PC first (other platforms TBA).
About BlitzAura Games
BlitzAura is my indie studio where we chase ideas that surprise players whether it’s high-speed arcade action (Silent Surge), fragmented worlds (SPLIT), or pure platforming chaos (The Wrong Button).
Every game is a chance to learn, fail, laugh, and build something memorable.
Thanks for reading and for being part of this journey.
If you love platformers, tricky level design, or just want to watch me suffer through my own traps,
follow this blog and join me as The Wrong Button takes shape.
See you in the next devlog,
— Harshit a.k.a. raaavula
